Managing Activity / Performance
The Activity / Performance Module was developed to capture and track employee performance both quantitatively and analytically. The module can also track activity via a written running log.
Note: Performance and Activity mean the same thing in this manual and we use the word interchangeably. We allow an agency to decide what to call this module.
Performance/Activity is administered from the admin tools menu. Settings => Admin Tools => Performance.

The Performance/Activity Module can be completely customized to the needs of your agency. There are over 15 variables that can be activated in this module. These include 6 numeric variables, 8 textual variables and 4 running log variables. The majority of these variables are setup by 911 Tech when the module is activated and can not be modified without assistance from 911 tech. There are three variables you can manage yourself; Variable 1, 2 & 3. These variables are commonly used to track Beat/Zone, Shift and Assignment.
