Dashboard & Navigation

The PSTrackerdashboard is the page you arrive at after you login. It is considered the home page of the software. You may also get to the dashboard at anytime by clicking the PSTracker logo at the top left of every page of the software

Your dashboard will look similar to the screenshot below depending on the modules your agency uses and the quick select buttons you have selected.

Navigation

At the top of the dashboard is the Main Navigation Bar which is visible on every page of the software. 

The navigation bar is comprised of the following navigational links New, View, Manage, Reports & Your Name.

PSTracker

Click the PSTracker name/logo to go to the dashboard.

New

Go here to start something new;  Vehicle Inspection, Event, Work Order, etc...

View

This is where you go to see historical data within PSTracker

Manage (if you have proper permissions) 

Links to the management area for the different PSTracker modules

Reports

Administrative Reports for the various PSTracker modules

Your Name

Where you go to manage your account and locate support. Depending on your agency's setup, you may have one or more of the following links available; Log out, My Account, My Agency Emails, Support.  If you are an Administrator, you may also have Admin Tools, Admin Dashboard.

Quick Selects

If you have quick selects enabled for your account, you will find up to six Quick Select Buttons on the dashboard.

Also on the dashboard is the 911 Tech News Windows which keeps your agency informed of any upcoming maintenance, new products and software updates.

Log Out

When you are done using the software we recommend you log out.

At the bottom of each page you will find two links: Support | About. Click the support link for information on how to receive support for your software
