Re-Open (Completed) Entry (button)
The Re-Open Entry button allows a range officer to re-open and modify a previously completed range entry.
The Re-Open Entry button will not appear until an entry has been completed
Clicking the Re-Open Entry button makes the range navigation buttons visible again to modify that specific range entry.
Once Re-Opened, the entry will need to be Completed again to finish the entry.
