Erasing a Policy Acknowledgement
If necessary, you can erase an employees policy acknowledgement.
From the range entry click the Edit button.
Next, using the entry sub-menu, click Erase Ack.
A new window opens allowing you to erase the acknowledgement.
Select, "Yes - erase policy acknowledgement," and click Erase Acknowledgement.
This process erases the employees previous policy acknowledgement date/time/approval from this specific entry. If erased the current policy acknowledgment date and time can not be recovered and the employee will be required to re-acknowledge the policy in order to complete this entry.
