System Configuration Settings
Your Name => Admin Tools = Agency Configs
Each agency has over 500 different system configuration settings they customize to their specific needs. These settings control things like how many days prior to expiration an email goes out, what modules you use, if workflow is used, etc...
CAUTION
System settings control the functionality of your agency's PSTracker software. Making a change without total understanding of the setting can break your install. Please contact PStracker support if you have any questions about a setting.
Agency Config Settings are only visible to agency administrators.
Click Your Name => Admin Tools
In the first section of settings cards, select Agency Configs:
This brings you to a new page that contains tabs for each module. Each tab contains specific setting for that module or process.
Settings are toggles, text fields, or a combination of both.
After you make your changes click Save Configuration to commit to the changes.
IMPORTANT:
The Save Configuration button does NOT work across tabs, you MUST click the Save Configuration button on each tab you modify a setting
Keep Me Logged In & Auto logout after inactivity
By default PSTracker logs a user out after 180 minutes of inactivity UNLESS a user checks the Keep me logged in check box when they login.
If your Agency would like to:
- Hide the Keep Me Logged In check box
- Modify the inactivity time from 180 minutes to another value
