My Employee Files
You can store (up to 1GB) of files per employee. Max file size of 10MB.
Your agency controls the ability to View & Manage your own employee files. This is off by default.
Employee View Own Files
If the agency permits, employees can see and add (or manage files they have uploaded) from their View => My Employee FIles page:
You will see a list of files related to you.
If the agency enables it, Employees will see an Add Files button and can upload files to their Employee File area. For the files you specifically uploaded, you will also see the Rename and Delete buttons.
