Managing Employee Files
Agency administrators can add and manage employee files from the Admin area User Management Page’s Files Tab located at: Admin Tools => Active Users => Click an Employees Name => Click the Files Tab
Employee File Access permissions
Two new group permissions have been added: Employee File View & Employee File Upload.
Employee File View: grants access to the View => Employee Files Page.
Employee File Upload: grants permission to upload Files on the View Employee Files page.
Administrators will have to add these new group permissions to your existing roles (and then align the roles) to make these new permissions available to your users. You can also contact us for assistance.
