Un-Banning a User

If a User has become banned, an agency administrator can un-ban the user.

Navigate to Your Name => Admin Tools => Active Users.

Which brings you to your list of employees.

Click the Show Banned /Retired link at the upper right of the list.

This brings you to the list of Banned Users

Click onthe username of the employee you want to unban.

This brings you to the Employee Account page.

Click the Green Unban (Re-Activate) User button.

The user is now Un-Banned.

If you also need to reset the users password and notify them, click the Reset & Resend button.

PSTracker will create a temporary password and email the details to the employee.
