Signing for my Issuance

This article applies to agencies that require their employees to sign for items (stock) issued.

When your agency's Quartermaster Manager issues items (stock) to you, you may (depending on the managers choice) receive notification fro PSTracker.

From the PSTracker Dashboard

  1. Click the Signature Needed link in the Active area of your PSTracker dashboard

  2. You are taken to the Acknowledge Order page.

  3. Click inside the signature box and sign the form.

  4. Check the box: "By checking this box I affirm I have received my order"
  5. Click the Acknowledge Order button.
  6. The screen will refresh and you will be advised you successfully complete the process.


View Past Quartermaster Issues

If you need to revisit your past issuances.

  1. Navigate to View => My Quartermaster.

  2. Click View on the issuance you wish to view.

  3. You are shown the details of that issue.
