Forms Module Overview

The forms module was designed to capture simple answers to simple quesiotns from your employees. Examples include, what shift do you want next year, what color should the new squads be, etc... Its really up to your imagination how the forms module can be used.

Form Permissions (Roles)

• Forms Manager - Can manage forms and view responses
• Reports-Forms - Can see Form Reports
• View-Forms - Can view but not manage forms and responses

Therer is no permission needed to submit a form, submitting a form is open to the entire agency.
