Agency Module Overview

The Agency Module was developed to provide employees a way to create work orders on alternative topics (anything really).

You create Named Items in the Agency Module. Each named item is similar to (Equipment, Vehicle, Taser, etc..) items entered into other modules. You can then allow Work Orders to be created on the Item(s), which is what the Agency Module was designed to do.

Examples Items include: Uniform Requests, STIC Requests, Day Off Requests. How you use this module is totally up to you, but the concept behind it was to facilitate a way for employees to make a request and have that request followed up on using the exiting pstracker work order system.

Manage Agency

To Manage Agency Items, navigate to Manage => Agency

You will see the familiar GRID layout of any existing Items.

To add a new Item, use the sub navigation bar to click Add Agency

Enter a Type and ensure the remaining choices fit your needs.

Click Create New Agency.

The new Item will now appear in your Agency Grid.

Notifications about new Word Orders

Those that need notifications on new work orders can subscribe to the Agency Items which appear at the bottom of the Work Orders section of the My Agency Emails Page.
