Managing Directed Patrol Module

Permissions (for roles)

• Directed Patrol (basic to access module - can start and document directed patrol activity)
• Directed Patrol Create (can create new PARENT directed patrols - no edit ability)
• Directed Patrol Manager (manage & edit entire module including all variables)
• Reports-Directed Patrol (can access directed patrol maps and report)
• View-Directed Patrol (allowed to view everything in module - but no edit ability)

Manage Variables

Variables

• Activity Type - Actions taken by your officers one Directed Patrols (Citations, Warning, etc).
• Zones - Your agency's beats, zones, etc. (Term is Customizable on Agency tab - Beat Name).
• Disposition - Dispositions for each Directed Patrol Activation (Closed, Delayed, etc)
• Priority - Directed patrol priorities.
• Shift - Your agency's shifts.
• Subject - These are the parent Directed Patrol Subject (Traffic Complaint, Special Watch, etc).

Manage Settings

• Use Directed Patrol Module - Name - Turns module on/off and allows you to change the name
• Case Number Name - Term for your Case Number (RD#, Case#, Report#, etc.)
• Custom variable 1 name - in development
• Custom variable 2 name - in development
• Custom variable 3 name - in development
• Custom variable 4 name - in development
• Custom variable 5 name - in development
• Default Map Latitude - The center of your agency/city/town/county Latitude
• Default Map Longitude - The center of your agency/city/town/county Longitude
• Default Dashboard Map Zoom (larger is closer - default is 13)
• Default Map Zoom (larger is closer - default is 14)
• Default Map Detail Zoom (larger is closer - default is 16)
• Default Map Edit Zoom (larger is closer - default is 15)
• Auto Close Expired Directed Patrols - After X days
• Employees can edit their own directed patrol events - For X days
