Viewing / Managing Existing (Parent) Directed Patrols

Using the sub nav, click Manage.

You are shown a list of existing Active Directed Patrols.

These Directed Patrols are considered the PARENT Directed Patrols, meaning we active instances of these Parent Directed Patrol, to which officers document their activity.

You can filter the list using the Active | Inactive | All | Archive buttons.

Click View on the specific Directed Patrol you wish to view/manage

You are shown the details for that specific Directed Patrol, including the child activations (instances).

The view includes two separate table areas.

• The first is Activations (each separate child activation of the directed patrol).
• The second is All Activity (each separate event created by officers to document activity on a specific directed patrol).

Totals are provided at the bottom of each table.

Editing a Parent Directed Patrol

Editing a Parent Directed Patrol is NOT an every day occurrence.
