Managing House Watch Module
Changes made to House Watch variables effect current, historical, and future data.
Permissions (for roles)
- House Watch (basic to access module - can start and document house watch activity)
- House Watch Create (can create new PARENT house watches - no edit ability)
- House Watch Manager (manage & edit entire module including all variables)
- Reports-House Watch (can access house watchl maps and report)
- View-House Watch (allowed to view everything in module - but no edit ability)

Manage Variables
Variables
- Zones - Your agency's beats, zones, etc. (Term is Customizable) (used site wide).
- Disposition - Dispositions for each House Watch Activation (Closed, etc)
- Tags - House Watch tags (e.g, Dog, Alarm, Unsecure)
- Shift - Your agency's shifts. (used site wide)
- Subject - The parent House Watch Subject (Vacation Watch, Business Watch, Special Watch, etc).
Manage Settings
Your Name => Admin Tools => Agency Configs => House Watch Tab
Settings
- Use House Watch Module - Name - Turns module on/off and allows you to change the name
- House Watch Plural name
- Case Number Name - Term for your Case Number (RD#, Case#, Report#, etc.)
- Custom variable 1 name - in development
- Custom variable 2 name - in development
- Custom variable 3 name - in development
- Custom variable 4 name - in development
- Custom variable 5 name - in development
- Default Map Latitude - The center of your agency/city/town/county Latitude
- Default Map Longitude - The center of your agency/city/town/county Longitude
- Default Dashboard Map Zoom (larger is closer - default is 13)
- Default Map Zoom (larger is closer - default is 14)
- Default Map Detail Zoom (larger is closer - default is 16)
- Default Map Edit Zoom (larger is closer - default is 15)
- Auto Close Expired House Watches - After X days
- Employees can edit their own House Watch events - For X days
- Allow Email House Watch Result To Contacts
- House Watch Send Email To Contacts Toggled On By Default
- Allow Email House Watch Narratives To Contacts
- House Watch Include Narrative Email Toggled On By Default
- Use Layers (Normally Zones) (ONLY PSTRACKER SHOULD MANAGE THIS SETTING)
Agency Name and Address for Email Footer
The footer of email sent to contacts (Generally homeowners) can contain your agency Name, Address and telephone number. TO modify your agency details, head to Your Name => Admin Tools => Agency Configs => Agency Tab.
At the bottom of the configs, there are 4 variables you can modify to add the 4 lines of data.
- Agency Email Footer Line 1 - Generally Agency Name
- Agency Email Footer Line 2 - Generally Agency Address
- Agency Email Footer Line 3 - Generally Agency City, State, Zip
- Agency Email Footer Line 4 - Generally Agency Phone
