Viewing / Managing Existing (Parent) House Watches

Using the sub nav, click Manage.

You are shown a list of existing Active House Watches.

These House Watches are considered the PARENT House Watches, meaning we active instances of these Parent House Watch, to which officers document their activity.

You can filter the list using the Active | Inactive | All | Archive buttons.

Click View on the specific House Watch you wish to view/manage

You are shown the details for that specific House Watch, including the child activations (instances).

The view includes two separate table areas.

• The first is Activations (each separate child activation of the House Watch).
• The second is All Activity (each separate event created by officers to document activity on a specific House Watch).

Totals are provided at the bottom of each table.

Editing a Parent House Watch

Click the red button: Edit Parent House Watch

Update the House Watch as necessary and click Save Changes.
