Managing The Incident Form Module
The Incident Form Module is access able from the New and View and Menus. The modules variables are managed from a permission based sub-menu and the configuration settings are managed on the Agency Configs => Incident Form Tab.
Most of the actions performed in this module update/save instantly.
Incident Forms can be managed by more than one person, we recommend using the refresh button often to pull the latest data.
Because of the nature of emergencies, where multiple personnel may be working on a incident, incident forms are not locked to a specific person. Anyone with Manage or create permissions can edit or delete ANY existing Incident Form.
View => Incident Forms / New=>Incident Form
At the top right you will find the sub-menu. The majority of employees will see the New Incident Form and Historical links, while only managers will see the Locations and Types links.
- New Incident Form: Add a new incident (Permissions: Incident Form Create or Manager).
- Historical: View historical Incidents - with filtering (Incident Form Search, Create or Manager).
- Locations: Manage Incident Locations (Incident Form Manager).
- Types: Manage Incident Types (Incident Form Manager).

The module uses 3 permissions that can be added to roles.
