Managing / Closing Existing Information Requests
Managing Requests requires specific permissions (Info Request Create or Manage)
Managing is normally done by the Requestor (creator of the request) once the request has been COMPLETED by the assigned employee.
The last step in the Request lifecycle is Closing the Request. Each Request must be CLOSED.
When a request has been competed by the assigned employee you will receive email notification.
Managing Requests
As the creator of the request, navigate to View => Requests
or if you have the proper permission, Manage => Requests
Locate the request you wish to manage from the list.
Click the View Icon which takes you to the Request Details.
You can download documents, add comments, or manage however you need.
Closing Reqeusts
The final step in managing request is Closing the Request.
Once completed, a new Close button will be visible at the top right of the Request Details area.
Click the Close Request Button to open the Close Request modal.
Click Close Request to complete the process.
The screen refreshes and you are shown the closed request.
No further action takes pace and this request is considered closed.
Closed Request are still accessible on the Historical Requests page.
