Range Module Configuration Settings

The Range Modules configuration settings allow an agency to setup the module to meet the specific needs of the agency.
You access the configurations by navigating to Your Name => Admin Tools.
Click Agency Configs.
Click the Range tab.
You are shown the Range Module configuration page.
Setting Definitions
Use Range Module - Name - Does the agency use the Range Module - Custom name of Module.
Use Course Other 1 - Name - Use custom course variable 1 - name of custom course variable 1.
Use Course Other 2 - Name - Use custom course variable 2 - name of custom course variable 2.
Use Course Other 3 - Name - Use custom course variable 3 - name of custom course variable 3.
Use Entry Other 1 - Name - Use custom entry variable 1 - name of custom entry variable 1.
Use Entry Other 2 - Name - Use custom entry variable 2 - name of custom entry variable 2.
Use Entry Other 3 - Name - Use custom entry variable 3 - name of custom entry variable 3.
Email when employee range expiration is X days away - The number of days prior to their expiration date that employees are sent email notification of pending expiration.
Email when employee range expiration date is today - Send email notification to the employee on the date their last qualification expires.
Show retired unit, non-login status employees in select lists - Show retired employees in the range module select lists. (Useful if the agency range qualifies retired personnel)
Saving updated configuration settings
When you finish modifying your settings, click Save Configurations.
