Manage Audit Module Configurations

If you wish to modify any of the configuration settings for the Audit Module, you can do so from the modules management area.

Click Your Name => Admin Tools.

Click Agency Configs.

Select the Audits Tab.

Modify any of the settings.

Setting Definitions:

• Uses Employee Audit Module - Does the agency use the Employee Audit Module
• Use Vehicle Audit Module - Does the agency use the Vehicle Audit Module
• Use Armory Audit Module - Does the agency use the Armory Audit Module
• Use Equipment Audit Module - Does the agency use the Equipment Audit Module
• Use Equipment Audit Scanning Module - Does the agency use scanning in Equipment Audits
• Select units on equipment audits - Show the Select Unit Section on Equipment Audits
• Select equipment types on audit templates - Show the Select Equipment Types Section on Equipment Audits
• Select units on audit templates - Show the Select Unit Section on Equipment Audits Templates
• Show audits on AED's - Show the Audits Tab on the View AED page
• Show audits on Items - Show the Audits Tab on the View Items page
• Show audits on cameras - Show the Audits Tab on the View cameras page
• Show audits on computers - Show the Audits Tab on the View computers page
• Show audits on equipment - Show the Audits Tab on the View equipment page
• Show audits on firearms - Show the Audits Tab on the View firearms page
• Show audits on tanks - Show the Audits Tab on the View AED page
• Show audits on tasers - Show the Audits Tab on the View tasers page
• Show audits on vehicles - Show the Audits Tab on the View vehicles page
• Only show last name on audits - Only show last names during audits
• Use MVR Audit Module - Does the agency use the MVR Audit Module
• Use Camera Audit Module - Name - Does the agency use the Camera Audit Module - Custom Name of Module (Optional)
• Employees can view own Camera Audits - Allow Employees to view completed Camera Audits
• Allow BWC in Camera Audits - Allow auditing of Body Worn Cameras
• Allow Vehicles in Camera Audits - Allow auditing of Vehicle Cameras

If you modify a setting, be sure to click Save Configurations to save your changes.
