View / Search Events

View => Events

To search for and view an existing Event, from the main menu choose View => Events.

For convenience, you will be taken to a screen that shows the last 25 Events added by your agency.  Event Types are color-coded based upon their status. The default status for each event is Active, however your agency determines the available event statuses.

For convenience, you can click on the thumbnail photo (if one exists) which will open a modal with the images from the event.

To view the details of an event, click the View button for that event. 

Alternatively you may use the form at the bottom of the page to search for events based upon the filters you select.

Upon clicking View we are taken to the Event Details Screen.

If you have the proper permissions you may see the Edit and Update Status buttons. Each button does as it states.
