Dashboard

The Quartermaster Dashboard is the home page for the Quartermaster module.

The dashboard contains:

Quartermaster module sub-navigation system
Useful Quartermaster statistics
List of all items (stock) in your system

Quartermaster Sub-menu

The sub-menu of the Quartermaster module contains links to the major components of the module as well as links to manage the list of items available in Quartermaster module select lists.

Major Components

Add New - Add a new item (stock) to the system (see Managing & Adding Stock - link below).
Quartermaster - Takes you to the Dashboard.
Open - Issue Items (stock) to employees (see Issuing Stock - link below).
Complete - List of processed issuances (see Managing & Adding Stock - link below).
Requests - Manage employee requests (see Manage Employee Requests - link below).
Stock Groups - Manage stock groups (see Stock Groups - link below).
Stock Orders - Manage stock orders from your vendors (see Ordering Stock - link below).
Warnings - List /manage low stock warnings (see Managing Low Stock Warnings - link below).

Quartermaster Module Variables

Categories - Manage the list of categories.
Sub Categories - Manage the list of sub categories.
Makes - Manage the list of makes.
Models - Manage the list of models.
Colors - Manage the list of colors.
Genders - Manage the list of genders.
Reasons - Manage the list of reasons of issuance.
Settings - Manage settings for the module.
Status - Manage the agency's Statuses.
Sub Status - Manage the agency's Sub Statuses.
Sizes - Manage the list of sizes.
Uses - Manage the list of uses.
Vendors - Manage the list of Agency vendors.
